After I receive your message, I will:

• Contact you for a short phone call to answer any initial questions, understand a little more about what you’re looking to get out of a session, schedule the session, and ask permission to journey on your behalf before our session.

• Email you an overview with more information about the session (expectations, prep work, etc).

• Journey on your behalf prior to our session (see FAQ section for more details on journeying).
